You will design and execute statistical analyses across clinical, marketing, and operational datasets, ensuring reproducibility and rigor. Responsibility
- Lead and execute statistical analyses using R, Python, or SAS on large, complex datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design experiments and interpret results.
- Develop and validate predictive models and risk scoring frameworks.
- Ensure reproducible research practices, write clean code, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to statistical governance and best practices.
Qualification
- MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of applied statistics experience in industry or academia.
- Proficiency in R and Python; experience with SAS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression, survival analysis, and multivariate methods.
- Experience with SQL and data querying; ability to work with large data warehouses.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex results to business units.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
