Responsibility

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics using OEM software and advanced hand tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Repair, replace, or rebuild engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, exhaust, and driveline components.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, sensors, wiring, and ECU modules; interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals.
  • Weld and fabricate basic metal components as needed to support repairs or customization.
  • Document all work performed, parts used, time estimates, and test results with accuracy.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, environmental standards, and shop policies; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Provide transparent communication to customers about issues, timelines, and recommended services.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of automotive repair experience; ASE certification is highly preferred or must obtain within 6 months.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic scanners, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and OEM software.
  • Strong knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, transmission, braking, steering, and suspension systems.
  • Experience with welding, fabrication, and basic metalworking.
  • Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical bulletins.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate shop equipment safely.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; customer-focused mindset.
