Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages with precision and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Engage with customers, take orders, upsell thoughtfully, and build loyal clientele.
- Ensure accurate orders and timely delivery from order to table or pickup.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with daily inventory, and manage waste controls.
- Maintain beverage recipes and ensure consistency across shifts.
- Train and mentor junior baristas, upholding brand standards and service guidelines.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies, including health and safety regulations.
Qualification
- 1+ year of barista experience in a fast-paced cafe or similar setting.
- Strong espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, order accuracy, and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to maintain cleanliness.
- Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor; reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Bonus: Barista training or mentorship experience and a passion for coffee education.
