Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages with precision (espresso, americanos, cappuccinos, lattes) and non-dairy alternatives.
- Operate and maintain a clean, organized bar and drink station; monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Froth milk with proper texture and create latte art to enhance presentation.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, including regular cleaning and equipment sanitization.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash with integrity.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during peak hours and events.
- Uphold brand standards for quality, speed, and guest experience, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualification
- Previous barista or café service experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and beverage consistency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, patient, and attentive to guests.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks; comfort with fast-paced workflow.
- Basic math, cash handling, and aptitude with POS systems.
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training (where required).
