Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, and front desk coordination.
- Lead, coach, and manage a diverse team of clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with dental practice standards, infection control, OSHA, and data privacy regulations.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as patient satisfaction, treatment acceptance, revenue per patient, and clinic utilization.
- Manage budget, inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with marketing and community outreach to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and facility maintenance, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Dentistry, or related field.
- 3-5 years of leadership/management experience in healthcare or dental clinics.
- Proven ability to manage finances, budgets, and clinic profitability.
- Strong communication, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of dental clinic operations, regulatory requirements, and infection control standards.
- Customer service orientation with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; English proficiency preferred.
