Passion Jewelry, a leading jewelry brand in Indonesia, is seeking a proactive Cafe Purchasing Specialist to join our operations team in Jakarta. You will source cafe supplies, manage vendors, control inventory, process purchase orders and invoices, and ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery to sustain high standards across our operations.
As a Cafe Purchasing Specialist, you will partner with internal teams to forecast needs, evaluate supplier performance, and negotiate favorable terms that balance quality and cost. You will oversee the full procurement cycle, drive process improvements, and help us maintain strong vendor relationships that support our mission to deliver exceptional products and experiences.

Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and onboard cafe suppliers that meet quality, reliability, and cost targets.
- Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle from requisition to delivery and receipt.
- Monitor and control inventory levels for cafe supplies to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Process supplier invoices, perform PO matching, and ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and vendors to align procurement with budget and compliance policies.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records, monitor supplier performance, and address supply disruptions promptly.
Qualification
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in hospitality, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills with a track record of cost savings.
- Experience with purchase order processing and invoicing; familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to forecast demand and manage a modest procurement budget.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including operations and finance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
