Responsibility

  • Develop and oversee content curation strategies across topics and formats to meet audience needs and business goals.
  • Lead taxonomy design and metadata governance to improve searchability and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with editors, product managers, and data scientists to source, classify, and annotate content.
  • Audit content quality and implement governance processes for consistency and compliance.
  • Build and maintain curatorial workflows, dashboards, and reports to track performance metrics.
  • Coach and guide junior curators, ensuring best practices and high editorial standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activity to drive innovation in curation approaches.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Media, Library Science, Data Science, or similar).
