NovaSphere Media is seeking a talented Content Curator to shape our editorial streams across web, newsletter, and app experiences. You will partner with editors, marketers, and product teams to surface relevant content that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end curatorial process, from sourcing and evaluating content to publishing and optimization based on performance data. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where curiosity, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset are essential.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute content curation strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
- Source, assess, and catalogue high-quality content from internal and external sources.
- Collaborate with editorial and product teams to insert curated content into newsletters, apps, and web experiences.
- Use analytics and user feedback to optimize content relevance, freshness, and engagement.
- Maintain content taxonomy, tagging, metadata, and taxonomy governance.
- Manage CMS workflows and ensure content quality and accessibility standards.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in curation and content storytelling.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in content curation, editorial operations, or product content management.
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to balance breadth and depth.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Contentful, or Drupal and tagging systems.
- Proficiency in data driven decision making using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines is a plus.
