Responsibility

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including PCs, printers, servers, and networking devices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure accurate documentation of service activities.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) as a Customer Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux environments.
