Join NovaSphere Technologies as a Customer Success Manager in Austin, TX and help customers maximize value from our SaaS platform. You will own the post sale journey, from onboarding to renewal, and collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure customer outcomes.

As a key member of the customer success team, you will partner with customers to define success metrics, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value.
Responsibility
- Become the primary trusted advisor for assigned customers, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on outcomes and value metrics.
- Proactively monitor health signals, usage data, and risk indicators to mitigate churn.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to address customer needs and identify expansion opportunities.
- Design and share best practices, workflows, and onboarding playbooks to scale success.
- Advise customers on product roadmap impact and provide feedback to Product teams.
- Drive renewal discussions and coordinate contract changes or expansions with internal teams.
Qualification
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of reducing churn and increasing product adoption.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM and CS tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Intercom, Zendesk.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize workload, and work cross functionally.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
