NovaMotion Studios, a premium dance studio in the heart of Los Angeles, is seeking a passionate Dance Instructor & Choreographer to join our elite team. This role blends high-energy teaching with creative choreography, empowering students of all levels to grow their technique and stage presence.

Responsibility
- Lead dynamic group and private dance classes (contemporary, hip‑hop, jazz) for all levels, ensuring safety and progression.
- Choreograph original routines for student performances, competitions, and showcases.
- Design and update curricula, warm-ups, across multiple class levels and age groups.
- Provide timely feedback, track student progress, and maintain class attendance records.
- Collaborate with music directors, costume and stage teams for productions.
- Maintain studio safety and equipment, manage class setup and cleaning routines.
- Mentor advanced dancers, lead student auditions, and contribute to community outreach programs.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of teaching or professional performing experience in contemporary, jazz, or hip-hop dance.
- Strong knowledge of alignment, technique, musicality, and performance artistry.
- Proven ability to choreograph original pieces and adapt to different music styles.
- Excellent communication, feedback, and motivational skills; patient and inclusive teaching style.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; willingness to lead occasional outreach events.
- Professional dance attire, reliability, and strong work ethic; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Studio experience with warm-ups, cross-training, and safe floorwork; ability to manage multiple classes is a plus.
