In this role, you will design and implement donor campaigns, manage grant prospects, and partner with program teams to communicate impact.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals.
- Manage donor relations, stewardship, and communications for individual and institutional donors.
- Research, write, and submit grant proposals to foundations and corporate funders.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
- Collaborate with programs team to measure impact and prepare compelling reports.
- Oversee CRM donor database and ensure data integrity and segmentation strategies.
- Monitor fundraising metrics and prepare monthly reports for leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of fundraising, development, or nonprofit communication experience.
- Proven success in securing grants and major gifts; strong knowledge of foundations and corporate giving.
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities; superb oral communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with donor CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis.
- Strong project management and event coordination capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
