Momentum Sports Group is seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional for the role of Director of Corporate Partnerships. This role leads the development and execution of strategic sponsorship programs across our portfolio of professional sports properties.

Based in New York City, this executive-level position offers a high-visibility platform to shape brand partnerships, drive revenue, and deliver innovative activations that resonate with fans and sponsors alike.

As a member of the leadership team, you will partner with marketing, analytics, and events to create win-win solutions for sponsors while upholding the integrity and values of our franchises.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to secure and maximize partnerships with brands.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiations, contracts, activation, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Events to deliver integrated sponsor activations and ROI reporting.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with sponsors; manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional activation programs including digital, hospitality, and experiential activations.
  • Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and prepare executive-level reporting.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or sports marketing at professional sports organizations or agencies.
  • Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals; strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven with ability to analyze ROI and translate to compelling business cases.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and activation measurement platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
