Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet annual revenue goals.
  • Manage and grow a diverse donor portfolio, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government grants.
  • Lead grant proposal writing, reporting, and relationship cultivation with funders.
  • Oversee donor stewardship programs, events, and recognition strategies.
  • Collaborate with program and finance teams to develop budgets and measure impact.
  • Lead a high-performing development team, including supervision of staff and contractors.

Qualification
