Qualification

- Demonstrated success managing large-scale change initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of leadership development frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with C-suite and board-level executives.
- HR professional certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
