NovaCart Global is redefining modern e-commerce through a scalable dropshipping model. We are seeking a proactive Dropshipping Growth Manager to own the strategy, supplier partnerships, and execution that fuel our expansion across markets.
In this role, you will combine market research, product validation, pricing strategy, and performance optimization to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with marketing, logistics, and engineering to build scalable processes and delightful customer experiences.

Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end dropshipping lifecycle, from supplier onboarding to order fulfillment
- Identify and validate winning products through data-driven analysis
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable margins
- Optimize product listings, images, and copy to improve conversion rates
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness
- Collaborate with marketing and ads teams to align campaigns with product launches
- Establish scalable fulfillment processes and monitor supplier performance metrics
- Produce regular KPI reports and actionable insights for leadership
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years in dropshipping, e-commerce, or supplier management
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL basics
- Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce and product listing optimization
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a dropship context
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
