You will own supplier relationships, product research, listing optimization, order fulfillment, and performance analysis in a fast paced, data driven environment.

Responsibility
- Source and vet suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable product supply.
- Conduct product research to identify winning items with high demand and healthy margins.
- Create and optimize product listings across platforms, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Manage order fulfillment, returns, and vendor escalations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing to align product offers with campaigns and promotions.
Qualification
- 2+ years in dropshipping, ecommerce operations, or related role.
- Experience sourcing suppliers and negotiating terms with manufacturers or wholesalers.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, marketplaces, and order fulfillment workflows.
- Proficiency with data analysis and Excel or Google Sheets; ability to interpret metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
