We are seeking an E-commerce Growth Lead to own category performance in a fast-growing market. This role blends merchandising, search optimization, conversion rate optimization, and cross-functional leadership to drive revenue and margin.

What you’ll do is own the strategy, execution, and measurement of our e-commerce growth engine across our D2C site and marketplace integrations. You’ll partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to design and deploy high-impact initiatives that improve discovery, conversions, average order value, and retention. Responsibility

  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing merchandising, pricing, promotions, and assortment across the D2C site and marketplaces.
  • Own category P&L, monitor performance metrics, and implement data-informed strategies to maximize GMV and profitability.
  • Lead onsite merchandising including category pages, navigation, search relevance, and product discovery experiments.
  • Plan and execute SEO, content, and CRO programs to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics to design omni-channel campaigns and lifecycle programs.
  • Manage catalog onboarding, data quality, and supplier relationships for a compelling, accurate catalog.
  • Build and lead cross-functional squads, define roadmaps, and mentor team members as needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or marketplace operations
  • Proven track record in merchandising, SEO, CRO, and growth attribution
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, GA4, and data visualization tools
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms; familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart)
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration; effective communication and storytelling
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven startup environment and adapt to change
