Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end operations of online store platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Develop and execute online merchandising strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting on KPIs
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and pricing updates
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Lead digital customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Supply Chain teams
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years' hands-on e-commerce or online retail management experience
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive digital sales growth
- Expertise with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
