Responsibility
- Oversee daily online store operations across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce).
- Drive revenue strategies by managing product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to maximize conversion rates.
- Lead content updates and merchandising to align with marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics for order fulfillment, shipping, and returns to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Implement best-in-class SEO, SEM, and digital merchandising tactics.
- Collaborate with customer support to resolve escalated issues and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Stay ahead of trends in online retail and apply innovative solutions to drive sustainable growth.
Qualification
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing an online retail store or e-commerce business.
- Expertise with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
- Proficiency with inventory management and order processing systems.
- Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver with strong leadership abilities.
