As a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, you will translate business needs into scalable curricula, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure programs drive measurable results.
Responsibility
- Design and develop onboarding, role-based, and leadership training programs aligned with business goals.
- Perform training needs analysis in collaboration with department leaders and SMEs.
- Deliver and facilitate live and virtual training sessions; adapt to diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Lead project management for training initiatives, including timeline, budget, and resource planning.
- Create and maintain LMS content, modules, assessments, and certifications; monitor completion and compliance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick levels and data-driven insights; report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to refine career development plans and succession pipelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
- 3+ years of corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development experience.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle) and e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills; confident public speaker.
- Applied knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methodologies (Kirkpatrick, Phillips).
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail; occasional travel up to 15% may be required.
