As a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, you will translate business needs into scalable curricula, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure programs drive measurable results.

Responsibility

  • Design and develop onboarding, role-based, and leadership training programs aligned with business goals.
  • Perform training needs analysis in collaboration with department leaders and SMEs.
  • Deliver and facilitate live and virtual training sessions; adapt to diverse audiences and learning styles.
  • Lead project management for training initiatives, including timeline, budget, and resource planning.
  • Create and maintain LMS content, modules, assessments, and certifications; monitor completion and compliance.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick levels and data-driven insights; report outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to refine career development plans and succession pipelines.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
  • 3+ years of corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development experience.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle) and e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills; confident public speaker.
  • Applied knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methodologies (Kirkpatrick, Phillips).
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail; occasional travel up to 15% may be required.
