You will partner with product, marketing, and operations to turn bold ideas into tangible outcomes, from market discovery to fundraising readiness. Responsibility

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for early-stage products and new initiatives.
  • Lead market discovery, customer discovery, and validation to inform product-market fit.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channels, and pilot programs to accelerate growth.
  • Lead fundraising preparation, investor storytelling, financial modeling, and due diligence support.
  • Build and mentor an entrepreneurial cross-functional team, aligning incentives and performance metrics.
  • Develop scalable business models, pricing strategies, and expense plans with clear KPIs.
  • Measure outcomes with data-driven dashboards, experiments, and rapid iteration cycles.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in entrepreneurship, business development, or startup operations with a track record of launching initiatives that scaled.
  • Experience in fundraising; familiarity with seed/series rounds, term sheets, and investor relations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market sizing, and KPI dashboards.
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience building lean, cross-functional teams and driving execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives with a bias for action.
