MomentumForge Ventures is seeking a strategic, results-driven Entrepreneurship Growth Lead to join our fast-growing team in Austin, TX. This role blends startup rigor with entrepreneurial leadership to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and scale them into revenue-generating ventures.
You will partner with product, marketing, and operations to turn bold ideas into tangible outcomes, from market discovery to fundraising readiness. As a core member of the leadership team, you will shape the company’s vision, guide experiments, and build a scalable business model with clear milestones and measurable impact. This role offers equity opportunities and a chance to influence a high-velocity portfolio.
Responsibility
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for early-stage products and new initiatives.
- Lead market discovery, customer discovery, and validation to inform product-market fit.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channels, and pilot programs to accelerate growth.
- Lead fundraising preparation, investor storytelling, financial modeling, and due diligence support.
- Build and mentor an entrepreneurial cross-functional team, aligning incentives and performance metrics.
- Develop scalable business models, pricing strategies, and expense plans with clear KPIs.
- Measure outcomes with data-driven dashboards, experiments, and rapid iteration cycles.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and iterate on strategy based on feedback and market signals.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, business development, or startup operations with a track record of launching initiatives that scaled.
- Experience in fundraising; familiarity with seed/series rounds, term sheets, and investor relations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market sizing, and KPI dashboards.
- Outstanding communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience building lean, cross-functional teams and driving execution in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives with a bias for action.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Proficiency with growth tools, CRM, analytics, and project management platforms.
