We’re seeking a driven Growth Lead to own venture-building initiatives, mentor startups, and partner with cross-functional teams to craft market-ready strategies. You’ll blend strategy, operations, and hands-on execution to turn bold ideas into scalable businesses.
Responsibility
- Identify and validate opportunities for new ventures by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Lead end-to-end venture development from ideation to MVP, including business model validation and go-to-market planning.
- Assemble and guide cross-functional squads (product, marketing, finance) to deliver rapid experiments and learnings.
- Design and run early-stage experiments, define success metrics, and make data-driven pivots as needed.
- Build strategic partnerships with mentors, investors, corporations, and ecosystem players to accelerate growth.
- Develop persuasive pitches and fundraising strategies; assist with investor outreach and deal structuring.
- Document scalable playbooks and processes to enable repeatable venture creation across teams.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startup growth, venture development, or corporate innovation.
- Demonstrated track record launching or scaling ventures, products, or growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in experiments, metrics, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with customer discovery, product-market fit, and MVP cycles.
- Familiarity with fundraising, investor relations, and cap table basics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, operate with autonomy, and lead collaboration across teams.
