Join PulseForge Esports, a dynamic organization shaping competitive gaming experiences across communities and brands. We are seeking an experienced Esports Operations Manager to own the planning, execution, and optimization of live and online events, partnerships, and content initiatives in Los Angeles.
In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure flawless event delivery that drives fan engagement and sponsor value.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end event production for LANs, online leagues, and integration of live content for streams.
- Plan schedules, brackets, rules, and tournament infrastructure to ensure fair and exciting competition.
- Manage partnerships, sponsor activations, and revenue opportunities across events and content programs.
- Oversee player/streamer relations, casting assignments, and credential management.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and fan experiences.
- Develop budgets, forecast expenses, and manage vendors to maximize value and efficiency.
- Analyze event metrics (viewership, engagement, sponsor ROI) and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with league rules, safety protocols, and quality standards across all events.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in esports events, operations, or production roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong project management and vendor relationship skills with a track record of on-time delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube) and live production tools.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze KPIs and optimize processes.
- Ability to travel domestically and work evenings/weekends as required during events.
- Passion for esports and a deep understanding of competitive gaming ecosystems.
