As a trusted partner to senior management, you will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare materials, and oversee day-to-day office operations. You will work with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a culture of excellence and operational efficiency.
Responsibility
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the CEO and leadership team
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and executive briefs with accuracy and clarity
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications with clients, partners, and staff
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports while maintaining data security
- Screen and prioritize emails and inquiries; draft professional responses on behalf of executives
- Coordinate internal and external events, board meetings, and offsite activities
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant supporting C-level executives
- Excellent calendar management and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and document management
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Proactive, collaborative, and results oriented with meticulous attention to detail
