Responsibility
- Prepare high-quality espresso and specialty coffee beverages to exacting standards
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Educate guests about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Consistently follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Manage cash register operations with accuracy
- Contribute to team goals and participate in store promotions
- Troubleshoot equipment and resolve minor technical issues
Qualification
- 2+ years’ barista or specialty coffee experience required
- Genuine passion and knowledge of specialty coffee
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to punctuality and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with manual and automatic espresso machines
- Food Handler’s Permit or willingness to obtain
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
