Ishana MUA is expanding its creative team in Denpasar, Bali. We are seeking a passionate Fashion Stylist & Client Coordinator who blends a strong sense of style with exceptional client service to deliver polished looks and memorable experiences for our clients and shoots. This hybrid role supports wardrobe styling, client relationships and on-site coordination in a fast-paced studio environment.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with makeup artists, photographers and clients to craft cohesive looks that align with our brand aesthetics. You will manage appointments, curate wardrobe selections, and ensure a seamless and professional client journey from first contact to final look. Responsibility
- Collaborate with lead stylists to plan and execute fashion styling for shoots, campaigns and personal styling sessions.
- Conduct wardrobe consultations with clients to understand style, body type and occasion, and assemble compelling looks.
- Source, curate and organize clothing, accessories and props; manage fittings and ensure outfits align with brand aesthetics.
- Coordinate client scheduling, manage bookings and communications to deliver a smooth, professional experience.
- Prepare mood boards and look-books; present styling options and guide client decisions with confidence.
- Support on-set styling; collaborate with makeup, hair and photographers to achieve cohesive visuals.
- Maintain studio wardrobe inventory, ensure garment care, cleanliness and safety, and manage returns.
- Uphold exceptional client service standards, with a friendly, professional demeanor and attention to detail.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a fashion stylist, wardrobe assistant or client coordinator in fashion or beauty environments.
- Strong sense of style with knowledge of current fashion trends and Bali/Indonesia fashion scene.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Indonesian; ability to tailor messaging to clients.
- Proficiency in creating mood boards, look-books and concept boards; comfortable using styling apps and tools.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple client bookings.
- Professional demeanor in fast-paced studio settings; reliable, punctual and collaborative.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed to support shoots and events.
- Familiarity with garment care, wardrobe inventory management and basic safety practices in wardrobe handling.
