Join Eppendorf as a Field Inside Sales Specialist in Singapore and help customers optimize their life science workflows with our world class laboratory instruments and consumables. This role blends proactive outreach with hands on customer engagement to drive revenue and deliver exceptional service.
You will manage a portfolio of accounts across Singapore, qualify opportunities, and convert interest into long term partnerships. You will present and demonstrate product capabilities, craft value based proposals, and collaborate with product specialists to tailor solutions to each lab's needs.
In this role you will maintain a robust pipeline in our CRM, forecast accurately, and collaborate with marketing and field teams to relay customer feedback. You will build relationships with researchers, lab managers, procurement professionals, and other decision makers to understand their workflows and challenges.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute territory plans to grow new business and expand existing accounts in Singapore
- Present and demonstrate Eppendorf products and solutions to researchers and procurement teams
- Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including quotes and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lab managers, researchers, and decision makers
- Collaborate with field sales, product specialists, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery and post sale support
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline, and provide regular forecasting and activity reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and product feedback
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of B2B sales or inside sales experience in life sciences or lab equipment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long term relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong technical aptitude for laboratory instruments and workflows
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and MS Excel with data driven approach
- Self motivated, highly organized and able to work independently in a fast paced environment; team oriented
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
