Responsibility
- Greet passengers and assist with boarding procedures.
- Ensure passenger safety by demonstrating and enforcing safety protocols.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight service, including meal and beverage distribution.
- Respond promptly and calmly to in-flight emergencies and medical situations.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and manage supplies effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers and crew members.
- Uphold all regulatory policies and company standards at all times.
- Deliver compassionate assistance to passengers with special needs.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
