Responsibility

Qualification

  • Minimum 21 years of age and eligible to work in Singapore; valid passport for international travel.
  • Completed cabin crew training or airline-approved certification; prior airline experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or other) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to pass medical examinations and fitness requirements; able to lift/move luggage, stand for long periods, and work rotating shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, calm under pressure, and crisis management ability.
