Responsibility
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout each flight
- Provide exceptional customer service and address passenger needs proactively
- Conduct safety demonstrations, explain emergency procedures, and ensure passenger compliance
- Assist in the preparation and serving of in-flight meals and beverages
- Respond to and manage emergency situations following strict protocols
- Maintain aircraft cleanliness and cabin organization throughout each journey
- Collaborate with all crew members to deliver a seamless travel experience
- Uphold SkyVista Airways’ premium service standards on every flight
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum age 21 years
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a strong asset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Height of 5’0” to 6’3” with ability to reach overhead bins
- Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
