Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort through preflight checks, safety demonstrations, and cabin preparedness.
- Conduct preflight and post-flight cabin checks; manage emergency equipment and inventory.
- Deliver courteous, professional in-flight service including meals, beverages, and amenities.
- Assist passengers with special needs, mobility challenges, and multilingual customers.
- Respond to in-flight medical and security situations following airline protocols.
- Enforce safety policies, ensure seat belt compliance, and coordinate with crew.
- Manage onboard announcements, customer issue resolution, and service recovery to guarantee exceptional experiences.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 21 years old; valid passport; ability to travel on short notice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
- Pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and medical evaluation; fit to fly.
- Physically able to perform cabin duties; lift up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods.
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience; aviation experience preferred.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, overnight, weekend shifts; strong team player.
