Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-flight hospitality and safety guidance to passengers on international routes.
- Conduct pre-flight checks, verify safety equipment, and ensure cabin readiness before departure.
- Deliver professional announcements, assist with seating, and manage in-flight service flow with precision.
- Respond to medical or security incidents with calm, trained protocols and coordinate with the lead crew.
- Assist passengers with special needs, ensure accessibility, and uphold privacy and comfort standards.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness, replenish supplies, and manage inventory for a premium experience.
- Collaborate with the crew to implement safety procedures, emergency drills, and post-flight reporting.
- Represent the airline positively, handle customer inquiries, and resolve conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
Qualification
- Minimum age 21, eligible to work internationally, with a valid passport and visa eligibility.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, or French) are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience; aviation or cabin crew experience preferred.
- Current certification in first aid and CPR; knowledge of safety procedures and emergency equipment is required.
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure on long-haul flights.
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to adapt to rapid changes in flight plans.
- Physical fitness to meet typical cabin crew requirements and passing medical examinations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or aviation is a plus.
