Responsibility
- Perform pre-flight safety briefings and cabin preparations to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
- Deliver courteous, proactive in-flight service, including meals, beverages, and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and enforce safety procedures, emergency equipment use, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist passengers with special needs, mobility challenges, and language barriers with empathy and respect.
- Communicate clearly with crew and passengers; manage announcements and onboard information.
- Respond to medical or security incidents according to protocol and coordinate with ground support as needed.
- Collaborate with team to maintain on-time departures, baggage handling etiquette, and professional appearance.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or hospitality experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, hospitality, or similar experience.
- Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally; willingness to work irregular hours and overnight trips.
- Certification in first aid/CPR and safety training; willingness to obtain required certifications.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills; multilingual abilities a plus.
- Physical endurance to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs; impeccable grooming and presentation.
