Responsibility
- Ensure onboard safety and security in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing passenger needs with empathy and efficiency.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including menus, amenities, and itineraries.
- Lead safety demonstrations and assist in emergency procedures with calm, clear communication.
- Collaborate with crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operation across all cabin classes.
- Assist passengers with special requests and accommodations, maintaining privacy and professionalism.
- Maintain cabin appearance, restock supplies, and manage service flow to optimize passenger comfort.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or hospitality; airline experience is preferred.
- Valid cabin crew certification and up-to-date medical clearance.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness to meet job demands, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and international travel.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and travel on international routes.
