Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in flight service to premium and economy passengers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Conduct safety demonstrations, enforce safety procedures, and assist in emergency situations.
- Administer first aid, monitor cabin conditions, and respond to medical or security incidents.
- Assist passengers with special needs and mobility requirements, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with crew and ground staff to prepare cabin for boarding and deplaning operations.
- Deliver accurate in flight announcements and address passenger inquiries with discretion and clarity.
- Maintain brand standards, grooming, and cabin cleanliness throughout the flight.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of cabin crew or high touch hospitality experience.
- Valid Cabin Crew Certification or licensing as required by local regulators.
- First Aid and CPR certified; training in emergency medical procedures is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and layovers.
- Physical fitness to meet airline medical requirements and height/weight guidelines.
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and customer service orientation.
