Responsibility
- Provide courteous passenger service and safety information to ensure a comfortable and secure flight experience.
- Demonstrate and enforce safety procedures, emergency equipment usage, and evacuation protocols.
- Prepare cabin for boarding, manage in-flight service, and address passenger needs with elegance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with crew to coordinate cabin operations, announcements, and meal/beverage service.
- Assess and respond to in-flight medical or safety incidents following established protocols.
- Maintain impeccable appearance, grooming, and professional demeanor in accordance with airline standards.
- Complete accurate post-flight documentation, inventory checks, and reporting of issues.
- Uphold compliance with aviation regulations and contribute to a positive brand experience.
Qualification
- Minimum 21 years of age with valid passport and the right to work in Singapore.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or others) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous customer-service or hospitality experience; airline or travel industry experience is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, reach overhead, and assist passengers when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certificates in hospitality or safety is a plus.
- Ability to pass medical examinations, background checks, and security clearance; valid health and fitness certificate.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to travel on short notice.
