Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-flight service and hospitality to passengers across all cabin classes.
- Conduct safety demonstrations and enforce safety and security procedures per standard operating policies.
- Ensure cabin readiness, cleanliness, and equipment functionality prior to every cabin opening.
- Respond promptly to passenger needs and medical or comfort requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with efficient boarding, deplaning, and galley operations while maintaining a calm cabin environment.
- Collaborate with crew to manage in-flight announcements and emergency procedures when required.
- Support diverse passenger groups, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with special needs.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- 2+ years of cabin crew or customer service experience in aviation or luxury hospitality.
- Fluent English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or Japanese) are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to pass standard medical assessments; ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and international travel.
- All regulatory certifications required for flight attendants, including safety and first aid training, where applicable.
