NorthStar Franchise Group is seeking a results-driven Franchise Development Manager to accelerate our nationwide growth. In this role, you will identify, recruit, and support high-potential franchise partners, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing performance.
As a pivotal member of our growth team, you will own the end-to-end franchise sales process, develop territory expansion plans, and implement scalable programs to attract best-in-class operators.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end franchise sales cycle from lead generation to signing.
- Identify and recruit qualified franchise candidates in assigned territories.
- Develop and execute territory expansion plans in collaboration with Marketing & Operations.
- Manage due diligence, valuations, and financing assistance as needed.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to new franchisees.
- Monitor performance metrics, establish support plans, and drive ROI for the network.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees, corporate stakeholders, and external partners.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in franchising, sales, or business development; multi-unit franchise sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of closing franchise deals and meeting quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to travel 40-60% and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of franchising regulations, legal basics, and onboarding processes.
