Responsibility
- Develop and execute the franchising growth strategy for the assigned region, aligning with company goals and brand standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified prospective franchisees through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Lead negotiations of franchise agreements, support structures, and initial onboarding programs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Real Estate, and Operations to ensure seamless market entry and launch.
- Monitor performance metrics, construct quarterly business plans, and drive multi-unit expansion.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to franchisees to maximize sales, profitability, and brand adherence.
- Prepare and present compelling business cases to executives for new markets and expansion opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in franchising, franchise development, or multi-unit retail with a proven growth track record.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with franchise operations, legal documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and market analysis.
- Ability to travel 40-60% of the time and manage multiple priorities.
