Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for branding, marketing collateral, digital products, and packaging.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate concepts into cohesive visual solutions.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, and component libraries.
- Produce high-quality UI assets, illustrations, icons, and layouts for web and mobile.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for campaigns, events, signage, and packaging.
- Iterate based on feedback, usability insights, and performance metrics to optimize design impact.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio across branding, UI/UX, and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar prototyping tools.
- Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns and responsive design systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
