Nova Studio Collective is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing creative team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate combines a keen eye for detail with a strategic mindset to craft compelling visuals across brand systems, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to bring concepts to life with style, clarity, and impact. As a key contributor, you will shape our visual language and help deliver distinctive, accessible designs that resonate with diverse audiences. You’ll own end-to-end design from concept through delivery, ensuring consistency across channels while exploring new formats and emerging trends.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into clean, scalable design systems.
- Create and maintain visual assets for print and digital channels (social, web, email, display).
- Design logos, icons, typography systems, color palettes, and layouts that reinforce brand identity.
- Produce high-quality mockups and prototypes for stakeholder reviews.
- Manage multiple design projects with timelines, ensuring on-brand, accessible, and responsive outputs.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with design trends and best practices to continuously elevate the creative output.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating branding, print, and digital design across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
- Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills; knowledge of grid systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate feedback into polished designs.
- Experience designing for accessibility (contrast, scalable typography) and responsive layouts.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and asset management.
