PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is actively seeking an experienced HSE PPPA professional to join our Central Java manufacturing team. In this role, you will lead Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and PPPA initiatives to protect workers, safeguard the workplace, and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations. You will partner with production, engineering, maintenance, and operations to embed safety and environmental responsibility into daily processes, driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.
The ideal candidate will possess a practical understanding of PPPA standards, strong inspection and incident management skills, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear policies, procedures, and training. You will conduct risk assessments, support emergency response planning, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support audits and management reviews. This is a full-time position with a three-month probation, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic and growing organization.
What you will do includes partnering with teams to reduce risk, lead toolbox talks, coordinate safety trainings, inspect facilities, track corrective actions, and report performance metrics to site leadership. You will stay current on PPPA and safety regulations, ensuring all activities comply with applicable laws while promoting a culture of proactive safety and environmental stewardship across our facility in Jawa Tengah. The successful candidate will display strong communication, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement HSE and PPPA policies, procedures, and controls across all departments.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with PPPA regulations and Indonesian safety standards; coordinate with external regulators as needed.
- Lead safety inspections, audits, and site safety tours; track corrective actions and closure deadlines.
- Coordinate safety trainings, drills, toolbox talks, and onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, performance metrics, and management reviews.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to reduce risk and improve process safety.
- Assist in emergency preparedness planning and incident response.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE/PPPA within manufacturing, mining, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian PPPA regulations and applicable safety standards (ISO 45001, SMK3, etc.).
- Professional certifications such as K3/K3AK or equivalent are preferred.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills; ability to prepare clear safety documentation.
- Proven ability to perform risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis using structured methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HSE software/tools; ability to analyze data and generate insights.
- Willingness to work in Jawa Tengah and travel to sites as required.
