Join Marriott International at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay as an HVAC Mechanic and be part of a team dedicated to guest comfort and operational excellence. Located on the pristine island of Boracay, our resort combines timeless service with modern amenities to deliver memorable experiences for travelers from around the world. In this role, you will maintain critical climate-control systems across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, back-of-house spaces, and outdoor facilities, ensuring reliable performance in a tropical climate. This is a hands-on position within a world-class hotel brand that values safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

As an HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and timely repair of chillers, air handling units, rooftop units, boilers, DX systems, and related equipment. You will monitor and optimize building management systems (BMS) to enhance energy efficiency while maintaining peak guest comfort. You will also keep accurate service logs, manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate with other engineering and resort teams to minimize downtime and disruption to guests. Your expertise will contribute to Marriott's sustainability goals and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment where your skills are valued. If you are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about HVAC systems in a hospitality setting, we invite you to apply and join our diverse, service-oriented team at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay.

Benefits include employee meals, uniform allowances, and access to Marriott's global training resources, with opportunities to advance to senior technical or leadership roles within the property or across the Marriott portfolio.

  • Maintain accurate service logs, complete work orders, and manage parts inventory for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with engineering and front-of-house teams to minimize downtime during guest service periods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, including lockout/tagout and PPE protocols.
  • Assist in energy-management initiatives and capital projects to improve efficiency and sustainability.
