Responsibility
- Install, calibrate, and commission HVAC systems in new construction and retrofit projects
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant faults; execute safe, lasting repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance and system optimization to maximize efficiency and longevity
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Ensure safety and compliance with local codes and industry standards
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and customers to schedule service visits
- Document service actions, parts used, and time spent in our CRM system
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or trade school preferred
- EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling certification
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with installation and repair of HVAC systems (commercial or residential)
- Strong electrical, refrigeration, and airflow troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret schematics
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and customer service abilities
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; clean driving record
