As an Industrial Production Engineer, you will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and throughput across production lines. You will partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver measurable results and sustainable value.

Responsibility

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production lines and reduce cycle times.
  • Analyze production data, implement process controls, and reduce scrap and downtime.
  • Develop standard work, process routings, and BOMs for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to ensure on-time, defect-free output.
  • Lead Lean manufacturing projects (5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM) and train shop floor teams.
  • Identify and implement automation and robotics opportunities; manage vendor engagements.
  • Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA standards, and ergonomic improvements; drive incident reduction.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing/industrial production experience.
  • Strong data analytics skills; experience with MES, ERP, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience developing standard work, SOPs, and process validation.
  • Familiarity with automation, PLCs, and robotics as a plus.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, collaboration, and change management abilities.
