Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance and safety targets.
- Implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to maintain optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for timely equipment upkeep.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
- Generate and analyze production reports for continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 3+ years of industrial production or supervisory experience required.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP and production management software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends as needed.
