As an Infrastructure Development Engineer, you will design, implement, and automate global infrastructure, champion reliability, and collaborate with software engineering, security, and IT operations teams to deliver high-availability systems.

Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on-prem infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Translate product requirements into resilient, observable architectures with strong security controls.
- Define and enforce infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for infrastructure components and platforms.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and incident response to ensure high availability and performance.
- Lead capacity planning, cost optimization, and performance tuning across multi-region deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural governance and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture, or site reliability experience.
- Deep expertise with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- Proficiency with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong networking knowledge including VPCs, VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and security groups.
- Experience with monitoring and incident response tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, PagerDuty).
- Programming/scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; strong problem-solving and collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
