UrbanX Engineering Solutions is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil infrastructure projects in the vibrant city of Denver. Responsibility
- Lead planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Coordinate across engineering teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control measures to exceed client expectations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for all project phases.
- Prepare and present project updates, ensuring transparency with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a high-performance work culture.
- Identify innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes and sustainability.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Minimum 7 yearsâ experience managing large infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Proven expertise with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, and contract management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. infrastructure codes and compliance standards.
- Ability to work onsite in Denver and travel to project locations as needed.
