NovaCipher Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Services Analyst to join our multidisciplinary team in Washington, DC. You will transform disparate data into actionable insights, support mission-critical operations, and advise senior leadership on emerging threats. This role blends rigorous analytical methods with practical intelligence tradecraft to protect assets, inform policy, and enhance decision-making.

Ideal candidates bring a strong mix of domain knowledge, technical curiosity, and ethical judgment. You will collaborate with field operators, cybersecurity specialists, and policy teams to deliver timely, accurate intelligence products that withstand scrutiny.

Responsibility

  • Analyze multi-source intelligence (OSSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and open data) to identify threats, opportunities, and risk trends.
  • Produce clear, actionable intelligence products and briefings for senior leadership and clients.
  • Monitor evolving threat landscapes and perform risk assessments to inform operations and strategy.
  • Collaborate with operations, cybersecurity, and policy teams to fuse intelligence into decision-making processes.
  • Ensure data quality, provenance, and adherence to reporting standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Support red-teaming, exercise planning, and incident response as required by mission needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and findings effectively.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, national security, political science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in intelligence analysis or security analysis within government, defense, or corporate settings.
  • Proficiency with multi-source fusion tools and data analysis (OSSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT); experience with Python, SQL, Excel, or BI platforms a plus.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence tradecraft, lifecycle, source validation, and reporting standards.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (e.g., TS/SCI) or willingness to pursue one.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
